Who is Ani Marcondes?
Hi! My name is Ani Marcondes. I was born in Guatemala on March 27th 2006. Eight months later I was adopted and brought to the US. Then I was raised in Rio De Janeiro (Where my mum was born) and Rochester New York (When my dad raised my brothers). I grew up always creating, such as stages and houses for my toys, outfits for myself, stories with friends or toys, and any other outlet you could think of.
Freshman year of high school was when my eyes were opened into my future, as I was made aware of SCAD, The University for Creative Careers. I had originally considered a double major of painting and graphic design. although I do not see myself seeking a career out of either of those things, I still do painting as a pastime.
During my Junior and Senior years of High School I completed my International Baccalaureate and took the highest level of art offered to me.
Freshman year of college, after being accepted and committed to SCAD, I declared my major as Dramatic writing with a concentration of Screenwriting and a minor in Film and Television. I currently am studying my B.F.A at SCAD and I am very enthusiastic for what is to come in my career.

On this day, I wrote my first script for fun. I unfortunately did not name this script, however this was my first ever romance script I ever wrote and it gave me insight on how my writing style was and what genre I felt most comfortable writing among other things.
On this day, I had my first idea of a long form feature film and trilogy. The idea itself is for a trilogy of dystopian future movies. I still develop and edit the script to this day as the idea I have changes due to real world events as well as personal experiences.

On this day, I decided to write down an idea for a script I had been considering since 2021. I knew that I wanted to write a movie or show about teenagers and my own life experiences due to the fact that I was struggling in high school with friends, work, and family. This is a script I have been working on for almost 5 years.
